Good Afternoon Lovelies,

As we prepare to embark on a new year, many of us will be preparing our lists for what we want to see in 2018. There are so many amazing films that I must admit whilst writing this list, I found it hard to narrow them down. In fact, I am not sure I am entirely happy with it aha!

However, I think I have finally done it and, so I give to you the films (some of them any way aha!) I am most looking forward to seeing in 2018…

Avengers Infinity War: As soon as I saw the trailer for the film I was excited and now as the months draw in on its release I get butterflies in my tummy. The whole team is finally coming together for what looks to be like one epic adventure.

Black Panther: Again, this is another Marvel film that I just can’t wait to see. As the characters prepare for Infinity War, the world of Marvel is opening up a whole new galaxy with Black Panther. A film that is already looking set to be one of my top features of 2018.

Solo: The Han Solo Story: After Rogue One, we all know that the Star Wars world can be adapted to tell the stories of those in the past, present and future. The Han Solo story must work and live up to the man who has won hearts all over the world well in 2018 to succeed, but it already looks very promising.

Deadpool 2: Since Deadpool, the world of superheroes has changed. No longer do we long for a serious character, but one that will make us laugh and fall in love with them for their potty mouths and out there characters. Excellent job then that Deadpool is coming back for a sequel.

Fifty Shades Freed: Ending the franchise after three years, the Fifty Shades franchise is closing on what Universal promise to be an exciting chapter. Look out for it on Valentine’s Day to find out if it ties things up well.

The Incredibles 2: FINALLY, THEY ARE BACK! And ready to save the world again, with little Jack Jack looking set to join them all on an epic new adventure. I have seriously missed them all!

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again: Are you ready to sing? Well, you better warm those vocal chords up because Abba music is set to take over 2018, as the film’s trailer is already making us want to get up and dance and sing, as we go back in time to Donna’s past.

Ready Player One: The gaming world is making a huge film comeback in 2018, with Steven Spielberg returning to the big screen with this epic story of a VR world and one boy's mission to save a retro-future.

Tomb Raider: Another game that is being rebooted is the Tomb Raider franchise, which will take us all back to the origins of Lara Croft and what made her the epic Tomb Raider that she is. If you have played the recent games, then you will know what the film is all about.

Bohemian Rhapsody: A film that will also make us all sing and dance, the story of Freddie Mercury and Queen, is looking to be one of the biggest musicals in recent years. Plus, Rami Malek looks incredible as Freddie!

A Wrinkle In Time: Starring Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine and directed by Ava DuVernay, this sci-fi adventure about a little girls journey to find her father, is sure to be the Disney adventure that both adults and kids have been looking for.

Ocean’s 8: The girl power film of 2018, it is time to forget the old series and welcome the new, as the likes of Rihanna, Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett lead the way in the newest feature in the franchise.

Aquaman: After a very exciting glimpse of the character in Justice League, it will be interesting to see if Aquaman can do a Wonder Woman and win over the world. It is big shoes to match, but ones that look very promising.

Mary Poppins Returns: A character loved all over the world, played by an actress loved all over the world. Poppins was a huge character to play, but Emily Blunt is definitely living up to expectations!

Red Sparrow: Jennifer Lawrence and Francis Lawrence are back working together after The Hunger Games franchise, in what looks to be a chilling and thrilling spy drama. Both have worked hard on keeping everything surrounding the film a secret, but every sneak peek looks brilliant so far.

Isle Of Dogs: Finally, the film that will probably break my heart! All about dogs, Wes Anderson’s latest on-screen adventure will make for interesting viewing, as he uses animation to mark this feature film outing.

What film/films are you looking forward to seeing in 2018? Let me know lovelies!
