Today is Equal Pay Day around the world and sadly women, like myself and many of you, will now no longer be paid, due to the differences in the amount men and women are paid.

It is something that needs to change and definitely sooner rather than later, as we are all sick of it. Especially those who have been fighting for it for a long time lovelies.
