The Bureau Season Two DVD Review
07:30:00
Good Morning Lovelies,
Around this time last year, I was treated to the first
season of The Bureau and instantly loved the world of crime, investigation and politics
that it brought with it. So it is only felt right to dive into the second
season.
Carrying on four months after the first season, the show
sees Malotru, played by Mathieu Kassovitz, be promoted to Deputy Director of
the DGSE, where he instantly has to take on the mission to take down a jihadist
who is the top ISIS executioner.
As soon as the show opens up you know that you are in for an
intense time as a viewer. Not only are you faced with the terrors that Malotru
is working on, but the characters who have worked or been beside him during the
show are also in trouble. Nadia is imprisoned in Syria and Marina is starting
her own mission in Tehran. All of which that cause Malotru to have to fight for
his life and theirs.
This French drama knows how to make audiences want to watch
on. It has everything in it that hooks you in. With many elements happen in a
fast pace, you do worry that you could get lost along the way. But the show
points everything as you see it and as an audience member you don’t want to
turn away in case you miss a moment.
The story is important to the times and the cast, crew and
audience know this, which makes it so intriguing to watch. There so I am giving
it...
