The Sundance Film Festival In London Will Return In 2017

How are you all? Well, I hope! After a lot of Christmas themed posts, I am back to give you some very exciting event news, as the Sundance Institute and Picturehouse have announced that the Sundance Film Festival: London will return in June next year. 



From the 1st until the 4th June 2017, Picturehouse Central will be the home to many film fans, as it welcomes many films. Previous features have included Tallulah, Morris from America, Wiener-Dog, and The Greasy Strangler, whilst the stars who have taken to the event include HRH The Prince of Wales, Michael Fassbender, Gemma Arterton, Ryan Reynolds, Lake Bell, Jimmy Carr, the Eagles, Peaches, David Cross, Rose McGowan, Minnie Driver and Rufus Wainwright.

Although the line-up is yet to be announced lovelies, fans can begin to register their interest in the event at www.picturehouses.com/sundance, from this Friday. By registering fans will be able to be in with a chance of getting either a Festival Pass or a VIP Pass, which comes with lots of extras. 

Those who manage to buy the Festival Pass at the early bird (25th November until the 31st January) price of £150, will receive: 

  • Ten festival ticket credits* plus additional Member discounts on all other festival tickets
  • Access to priority booking online using your Pass number
  • Access to the Picturehouse Central Members’ Bar and Roof Terrace during the festival
  • 10% off food and drink

Whilst those who purchase the early bird VIP Pass at £450 will get the following benefits: 

  • A ticket to every film**
  • VIP pass - no queuing, VIP ticket holders can walk straight in
  • Access to all parties and social events
  • Access to all events, panel discussions and shorts film programmes
  • Picturehouse Central Membership (worth £75, valid until 1 June 2018)
  • Access to the Picturehouse Central Members’ Bar and Roof Terrace
  • 10% off food and drink
  • Goodie bag

*Credits will be applied to your pass and can be used to book tickets online, over the phone or at Picturehouse Central from Festival Pass Priority Booking period

**All VIP tickets must be collected in advance. Tickets will be available at Picturehouse Central ticket collection desk. Please note, any uncollected tickets will be put back on sale 2 hours before film start.
