The next release comes from Paramount, and marks the directorial debut of William H. Macy's. William's new drama 'Rudderless' will be out digitally from the 13th October and on VOD on the 20th October! 

After closing the Sundance Film Festival this year, the film stars Billy Crudup, Anton Yelchin, Felicity Huffman, Jamie Chung, Selena Gomez and Laurence Fishburne (Not Samuel L. Jackson!).
Sam, who is played by Crudup, is an advertising executive whose life is destroyed after his son’s death. Living in a sail boat, he begins to spend his days drinking alcohol, until he finds a box of his son’s items including demo tapes highlighting his talents. 

This new discovery amazes the father, who feels he has missed a lot of his sons life, and he soon decides to carry on his sons dreams. Learning the songs and lyrics, he performs in local bars, catching the attention of Quentin, a young man who wants to form a rock band with him, changing both of their lives!
