Hello My Lovelies, How was everyone's Christmas?!? I took a couple of days off to spend with my family, as it is hectic when everyone is here. But I am now back and I have a brand new film to quick off with. 'A New York Winter’s Tale' is the directorial debut for award winning screenwriter Akiva Goldsman and stars the likes of Colin Farrell, Jessica Brown Findlay, Jennifer Connelly, William Hurt, Eva Marie Saint and Russell Crowe. As well as young newcomers Ripley Sobo and Mckayla Twiggs.
The film is set in a mythical New York City and across the spanning of more than a century audiences will witness a story of good VS evil, miracles and crossed destinies!
"Are you the eighth psychopath?"
Now as always, I have a trailer for the new film of the day...
The film is out on the 21st February 2014, so if you miss out on the Valentine’s Day cinema trip, this will be the perfect date the week after :)

Hello My Lovelies, Well Christmas is over; let's start getting ready for Halloween aha! Only joking of course, however in England we do get ready for the next big holiday very early and I think that is the reason that I didn't feel that in to Christmas this year until I did a Christmas film binge and heard Buddy the Elf shout "SANTA"! Apparently some shops had Easter eggs out yesterday :( Although this next post has more to do with Halloween. After taking a couple of days off I have two new clips to show you from 'Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones'. The first one presents something that no cinema goer would want to experience and if it happened to me I think I would jump out of my skin and just cry aha. Enjoy...
And now I have a new clip to show you which highlights why the actors in that cinema were doing what they were doing for a reason, which I am sure you have already guessed :)
Don't forget the film is out on the 1st January!

Hello My Lovelies, It is always great when you see two actors get back together in a film after the success of another and I cannot tell you how happy I am that Drew Barrymore, who is one of my favourite actresses, and Adam Sandler are teaming up for the third time in 'Blended'.
Directed by Frank Coraci, the film also stars Joel McHale, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Kevin Nealon, Jessica Lowe and Terry Crews, in this romantic family adventure. When single parents Lauren and Jim, go on a blind date, they both decide that they never want to see each other again. However they may have spoken to soon. Both have signed up separately to go on a family vacation with their kids but find themselves stuck together sharing a suite at an African safari resort for a week. The film will be out on the 23rd May 2014, which is just in time for half term, meaning you can take your kids to go and see the film :) As always with a new film, here is the trailer...

Hello My Lovelies, The newest film from director Dean Israelite and producer Michael Bayfeatures the likes of Amy Landecker, Sofia Black D’Elia, Ginny Gardner, Jonny Weston, Patrick Johnson and Allen Evangelista, as they work to save the Earth from the apocalypse that they may have caused, in 'Welcome To Yesterday'. I hadn't heard of this film before I received an email on it, but it really reminds me of 'Super 8' for some reason. It is sort of a film that shows what they would have been like when they grew up aha. I don't know if you will think this too when you see the trailer, but enjoy it none the less...

Hello My Lovelies, And how are we on this cold and rainy night? I am sitting watching my heroine, Bridget Jones or as my family say just watching a copy of myself, and it is making me giggle loads. However for those who are looking for something with that extra comedy factor I have loads of behind the scenes and deleted footage to show you from 'We're the Millers' which is out now.
To kick start the clips off I think it is only fair that we listen to the brilliant Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Aniston (Nearly wrote Lawrence then!) as they discuss what those who haven't seen the film can expect. Madness is what you should expect aha...
This next clip allows you all to see the family dynamic that is The Millers or maybe the dysfunction of this family...
And if you were carrying a load of drugs I suspect this is the reaction many people would have...

Hello My Lovelies, So I am not a big fan of the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit franchises but I did enjoy the sequel to the original film. With Martin Freeman taking the lead again, Jackson has managed to make an incredible film based on a ‘barrel of laughs’. The first 45 minutes of the film, were very slow as the plot seemed to dwindle on the previous film a little too much. However when the Dwarves, came face to face with man eating spiders, imprisonment and a white water rafting session in barrels in an attempt to escape the evil Orcs, it got very interesting and gripped me. A lot of CGI is present in the film of course, but during the barrel scenes, that I believe will win over any audience it managed to capture all the elements of the children’s book that it is based on. As an audience you are also compelled into seeing the characters that never have any fun, take on a different approach of survival. While talking about CGI, it is hard to believe that the whole setting in which it is based in isn’t fake, however that there is a place like that in New Zealand, makes it even more magical. The green beautiful world of the Shire is something that someone could only make up in a novel and that’s why it is such an attraction to audiences. However it is mainly all about how the characters live in the worlds surrounding them. The return of Orlando Bloom and the introduction of Evangeline Lilly added a whole new feel to the film as it added more depth to the whole plot and made me a little more intrigued to watch them develop through the cause of the film, especially Lilly as she is the only female we see and she seems to be taking the Katniss style that many films are taking very seriously. Of course we get to the characters fans love, played by actors we love and the barrel scene is the one that will make you fall in love with them all over again. It was something that many people did not expect to see Jackson do, but I am hoping that he carries on this idea and style in the final film. As for the dragon itself, Smaug, voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch, managed to present everything about Del Toro’s touch on the film. He reminded me of the Pan in ‘Pans Labyrinth’ and even his voice seemed to touch on that tone a little bit to. He is an interesting choice of Villain and the way in which his character was the main ending meant that next year, the hype for the film is about to get ten times for crazier. For a person who isn’t a fan of the franchise, like me, I would definitely say give this film a chance and for fans of the this one is a whole lot better than the first one. It has everything in it that will make you want to see it again and again. But just beware of the Smaug!
Overall I am giving the film…
4 Stars

Hello My Lovelies, We have had a new film and now a new release today and this one comes from Lionsgate! 'Riot' is a Simon Phillips film, focusing on troubled cop Damien (Nick Nevern) as he faces off his old gang during the 2011 London Riots.
Described as a gritty thriller, one horrific accident causes everyone in London to be affected including Damien's police partner, Louise (Kellie Shirley). Before becoming an officer Damien ran a football firm that wasn't afraid to get involved with tear ups up and down the country, however now he is on the other side of the law, he finds himself in a very tough way as he must decide to side with his old crew or protect London from the rioters running amok? All of which is powerful tale of justice and vengeance that packs a punch.
